Two and a Half Men Fans Shocked by Theme Song Singer Revelation

Feb 27 2024

Fans of Two and a Half Men are feeling "shocked" after finally discovering the true singer of the iconic theme song. Although the opening credits show the main cast singing into a microphone, it turns out that the actual singer is voice actor Elizabeth Daily.

Known for her work on popular cartoons like Rugrats and The Powerpuff Girls, Daily revealed her involvement in the theme song in a surprising TikTok video. Fans are now realizing that the voice behind the catchy tune is not a man at all, but a talented actress with a long list of iconic characters under her belt.

The reveal left fans in the comments section feeling shocked, with one saying: "I wasn't expecting Two and a Half Men, but BABE?!"

Another fan expressed surprise, commenting: "You sang in Two and a Half Men WHAT?"

A third fan echoed this sentiment, saying: "So the kid wasn't singing?"

Another fan was taken aback, stating: "The Two and a Half Men reveal gagged me."

And a fifth social media user was impressed by the bombshell, posting: "She just dropped that Two and a Half Men bombshell like it was nothing."

Elizabeth made a guest appearance on Friends to perform Smelly Cat with Lisa Kudrow's character, Phoebe Buffay. In a surprising revelation, she shared that one of her Rugrats episodes was recorded while she was in labor.

Speaking to The Guardian, Elizabeth said, "When you work on something for that long, you all become very close. We saw both births and deaths. We lost the wonderful actress Dana Hill to diabetes. I even recorded a Tommy session while I was in labor. The engineer noticed my contractions were getting closer together, but I insisted I was fine. Shortly after that, I gave birth to my daughter."

She almost missed the audition for the iconic baby character because she was getting a carpet fitted in her apartment and didn't want to leave the workers alone. Despite being in a hurry, she was kept in the booth as producers kept coming in one after another.

When she saw a drawing of Tommy, she immediately heard his voice in her head - a voice she had been doing since elementary school with her friend Michelle, walking around the yard holding pinkies and speaking in baby voices.
