Russ Cook, also known as Hardest Geezer, has successfully completed an epic run across Africa, from its southernmost point to its northernmost tip. In this video, he discusses the challenges he faced, the support from sponsors, and the emotions he experienced on the final day of the journey. Crossing the finish line and seeing the Mediterranean Sea after a year of running towards it was a significant moment for Russ.
