Christine Quinn's estranged spouse Christian Dumontet has been charged with assault and child abuse following an alleged domestic violence incident at their home in March. Christian is facing three misdemeanors: child abuse/endangerment towards their 2-year-old son, assault, and violating a protective order. In a statement to Access, Christine's lawyer expressed satisfaction with the charges, stating that they believe this is a crucial step in protecting the legal and personal interests of the victims and trust that the matter will be handled with the seriousness it deserves.
