Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor: The Secret to Their Long-Term Relationship

Sarah Paulson recently shared the secret to her enduring relationship with actress Holland Taylor, shedding light on how they have managed to stay together for nearly nine years.

During an episode of the "Smartless" podcast, the "American Horror Story" star disclosed that one of the keys to their successful partnership is the fact that they do not live together. Paulson explained, "Holland and I, we spend plenty of time together but we don’t live in the same house. We’ve been together for a long time now and I think part of it has to do with, we’re together when we wanna be and we’re not when we don’t."

Despite living in separate homes, Paulson emphasized that they still enjoy falling asleep holding hands, indicating the deep connection they share. She added, "We sleep holding hands — I like to sleep near her."

Another factor contributing to the strength of their relationship is the importance of growing separately. Taylor highlighted this aspect by stating, "I think we each follow our own path so we’re not exactly the same. We do some things separately so everyone gets to be true to what they believe."

Reflecting on their journey, Paulson shared, "If anyone wants to spend any time thinking I’m strange for loving the most spectacular person on the planet, then that’s their problem. I’m doing just fine."
