Lisa Vanderpump's Reaction to Dorit and PK's Separation

Lisa Vanderpump recently made an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live" where she didn't hold back in shading Dorit Kemsley for her changing appearance and reacting to her separation from Paul “PK” Kemsley.

During the show, host Andy Cohen asked Vanderpump about cutting out Dorit's head from a magazine shoot in 2018, to which Vanderpump jokingly responded by saying Dorit had a "head transplant" because her face looks different now compared to when she first started on the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Dorit, who has denied getting cosmetic surgery on her face, has faced scrutiny from her co-stars and fans over the years regarding her appearance. Despite the rumors, Dorit has maintained that the only plastic surgery she has had is on her breasts.

Vanderpump also commented on Dorit and PK's recent separation, revealing that she had heard from mutual friends that the couple had been separated on and off for quite some time before officially announcing their split. Despite any personal feelings towards the couple, Vanderpump expressed sadness over their separation, especially since they share children together.

Dorit and PK released a joint statement last week announcing their decision to take some time apart and reevaluate their relationship. While the details of their split remain private, Dorit has been seen filming for the upcoming season of "RHOBH" and was spotted wearing her wedding ring and reportedly having dinner with PK post-announcement.
