"Finish him!" Prepare for Mortal Kombat 2, the highly anticipated sequel arriving in theaters on October 24, 2025. Based on the popular video game series, Mortal Kombat showcases a diverse cast of characters with unique abilities and brutal finishing moves called "Fatalities." Lewis Tan reprises his role as Cole Young, a newcomer thrown into the deadly Mortal Kombat tournament where Earth's destiny hangs in the balance against the forces of Outworld. Tan hints in an interview that the sequel will feature even more graphic and violent battles, with extended and intense fight scenes.
