Beetlejuice Sequel: Winona Ryder Credits Jenna Ortega for Making It Happen

Nearly 40 years after the original film, Beetlejuice is back with Michael Keaton reprising his role as the demon bio-exorcist. Tim Burton reunites with Winona Ryder and Catherine O'Hara to introduce the next Deetz generation. To bridge the gap between old and new fans, Ryder credits Jenna Ortega for making the sequel happen. Ortega plays Astrid, Lydia Deetz's daughter, in the movie, which follows the Deetz family as they accidentally open a portal to the Afterlife once again. Ryder reflects on returning to Burton's world and shares scenes with Ortega.
