Minnesota Governor Tim Walz's 17-year-old son, Gus, was visibly emotional during his father's DNC speech as he watched him accept the vice-presidential nomination. Gus, who has a non-verbal learning disorder, ADHD, and an anxiety disorder, stood up and gave a standing ovation, deeply moved by his father's words. Tim Walz expressed his love for his family, including Gus, Hope, and his wife Gwen, crediting fertility treatments for their children.
