According to TMZ, Lopez is on the verge of finalizing the purchase, aiming to secure the property at a discounted price ranging between $30 and $39 million, potentially saving up to 45%.

This lavish estate, located in the prestigious Holmby Hills neighborhood, was recently auctioned off to billionaire investor Ron Burkle for $30 million. However, complications arose as Burkle filed a lawsuit against Lubov Azria, Max Azria's widow, citing an alleged breach of contract.

Amidst this legal tussle, Jennifer Lopez has emerged as a potential buyer, engaging in negotiations with both Burkle and Lubov to become the new owner of this opulent property. The mansion boasts 14 bedrooms, a greenhouse, a guesthouse, an infinity pool with a sauna, an in-home theater, and a game room, all nestled on a sprawling three-acre lot adorned with lush gardens.
