Garth Brooks Accused of Making Inappropriate Remarks About Threesomes with Trisha Yearwood

Oct 04 2024

Country music icon Garth Brooks is facing serious allegations from a former employee, referred to as "Jane Roe," who has accused him of making inappropriate remarks about engaging in threesomes with his wife, Trisha Yearwood. The accuser, who also alleges rape and sexual assault, claims that Brooks engaged in disturbing behavior during their professional relationship.

The lawsuit, filed on October 3rd, details disturbing incidents where Brooks allegedly made suggestive comments and engaged in inappropriate behavior towards Roe. According to the complaint, Brooks, 62, is accused of rape, undressing in front of Roe, exposing himself, and openly discussing sexual topics and fantasies in 2019.

One of the most shocking claims in the lawsuit is Brooks' alleged desire for a threesome involving Roe and his wife, Yearwood, whom he married in 2005. The accuser states that Brooks frequently brought up the idea of a threesome, implying that Roe would be the third participant.

Roe also claims that Yearwood overheard one of these conversations about a potential threesome on at least one occasion. Additionally, Roe alleges that Brooks boasted about engaging in sexual activities with multiple women of different races in a hotel room.

Following these disturbing incidents, Roe decided to end her employment with Brooks and relocated to Mississippi in May 2021.

In response to the lawsuit, Brooks issued a statement denying the allegations and accusing the accuser of extortion and defamation. He expressed feeling harassed and threatened, stating that he refuses to pay hush money to silence false claims.

Brooks emphasized his commitment to continuing his music career and philanthropic efforts, expressing his trust in the legal system to address the situation. He maintained that the accusations against him do not reflect his true character.

Representatives for Trisha Yearwood have not yet commented on the allegations.
