Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods Reunite in Joyful Celebration After Knicks Victory

Kylie Jenner and Jordyn Woods, once the best of friends, recently reunited to celebrate the New York Knicks' impressive victory over the Boston Celtics. The two were spotted courtside, jumping for joy after the Knicks secured a 121-113 win in Game 4 on May 12.

In the exciting footage shared by ESPN, both Jenner and Woods, who are now 27, were seen reveling in the moment. Jenner attended the game with her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, a well-known Knicks superfan, while Woods was there to support her boyfriend, Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns.

This joyful reunion comes after a tumultuous period in their friendship. The pair were inseparable until 2019 when Woods was involved in a scandal with Tristan Thompson, who was then dating Khloé Kardashian. The kiss between Woods and Thompson sent shockwaves through their social circle, leading to a significant fallout.

Khloé Kardashian, 40, who shares two children, True and Tatum, with Thompson, ended her relationship with him following the incident. Although they briefly reconciled, they ultimately decided to part ways for good in 2021.

Reflecting on the impact of the scandal, Woods shared her thoughts on how it affected her friendship with Jenner. In a September 2020 interview on the Now With Natalie YouTube series, she stated, “It’s easy to beat yourself up over things you could’ve done differently, but you can’t hold on to what you could’ve or should’ve done. You just have to accept what actually happened and then you can let it go.” She emphasized the importance of letting go of shame and learning to accept past events.

Meanwhile, Kardashian addressed her feelings about the situation during the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion in June 2021. She mentioned, “I personally don’t talk to her, but I think she’s doing really well in her personal life. I think that’s a huge misconception that I only forgave Tristan. I’ve actually tweeted, I’ve actually done Insta Stories. I don’t have any grudge against Jordyn. I think people make mistakes, people live, and they learn, and I forgive both parties.”

Before Jenner and Woods rekindled their friendship, Thompson took the opportunity to discuss the fallout with Jenner. In a November 2023 episode of The Kardashians, he expressed his regret, saying, “It really bothers me because we had such a dope relationship. But everyone got affected differently. You were affected the most by the situation. She reflected, “I think I was so codependent with Jordyn that I could never imagine my life without her. We would have probably still been living together. In the same episode, Thompson also touched on the age difference between him and Woods at the time of their encounter, noting that he was 28 while she was just 21. He added, “If someone told me, do you think Kylie misses Jordyn? I’d probably say yes. And I feel bad about that. Especially me being the older one. I should have handled it differently.
