Russian School Teacher Sentenced for Forcing 11-Year-Old Student to Touch Her Inappropriately, Send Nude Images - Then Blamed the Boy For the Abuse
A married elementary school teacher has been sentenced to nine years in prison for committing "violent acts of a sexual nature" against one of her students. Anna Plaksyuk, 27, was found guilty of forcing an 11-year-old boy to engage in inappropriate behavior, including touching her breasts and kissing her on the lips.

The court in the Leningrad region heard that Plaksyuk, who was 25 at the time of the incidents, would keep the boy behind after class, locking the door to ensure privacy. During these encounters, she allegedly stroked the boy's private parts through his clothing, creating a deeply troubling situation for the young student.
In addition to the physical abuse, Plaksyuk reportedly sent nude photographs to the boy and demanded that he reciprocate by sending her explicit images. This predatory behavior continued for four months before it was uncovered.

The shocking revelations came to light when the boy's mother discovered explicit messages and photos exchanged between her son and the teacher on his WhatsApp account. Alarmed by the content, she accused Plaksyuk of "systematic flirting, stroking, and kissing," and promptly reported her to the principal of the school located in Toksovo, a town on the outskirts of St. Petersburg.
In a bizarre twist, Plaksyuk attempted to shift the blame onto the young boy, claiming that he had initiated the inappropriate behavior. She alleged that he had shown her "signs of attention" and had made compliments prior to the abuse starting in November 2023.

Following Plaksyuk's arrest in February of the following year, the boy reportedly struggled to return to school, as the trauma of the situation took a toll on his mental well-being. Many parents in the community expressed disbelief over the allegations, with some describing Plaksyuk as a "dream teacher" and insisting that there were no indications of her "dark side."
Plaksyuk has spent the past year in pre-trial detention, and her husband has remained silent regarding her conviction. It remains unclear whether the couple is still together, as her social media accounts have been made private. However, one status remains visible, stating, "You can’t hold a man back with anything — not with children, not with youth, not with your stomach, not with blackmail, not with hysterics."

As the community grapples with the fallout from this case, the implications of such abuse in educational settings raise serious concerns about the safety and well-being of students. The court's decision to ban Plaksyuk from teaching for an additional year after her release underscores the severity of her actions and the need for vigilance in protecting children from predatory behavior.
