Takeoff Drops Solo Track, Tory Lanez Album Review, Spotify Playlist Rule Change | Everyday Struggle

On the Monday’s (Oct. 29) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks share their thoughts on Takeoff’s first solo single, “Last Memory.” Thew crew weighs in on whether or not the single could be a major hit for the Migo member, and share their expectations on Take’s upcoming solo album, ‘The Last Rocket.’ Wayno and Ak then give an in-depth review of Tory Lanez’s latest studio album, ‘Love Me Now,’ and also give their take on where Tory stands among the rest of his competition in hip-hop and R&B. Shortly after, Ak runs through the streaming and album numbers, which include Tory's album projection sales and Kodak’s “Zeze” streaming numbers. The EDS crew then takes a look into 6ix9ine’s 4-year probation sentence and the banning of any gang affiliation in his music. To close out Monday’s show, Ak, Wayno and Nadeska explore the newest Spotify tool added to the the streaming service platform that allows artists to submit their songs to any of Spotify’s coveted playlists.
