An OnlyFans model and her accountant have been issued a High Court injunction to cease their harassment of tax office employees. The model, Amy Spencer, allegedly threatened to expose personal information of officials on the internet.
Additionally, Spencer and her accountant, Robert Milton, are accused of planning to film tax officers, obtain their photos, and identify them on a website in order to incite hostility towards them.
The High Court has deemed their actions as a "campaign of harassment" aimed at pressuring the tax office to drop an investigation into Spencer's unpaid taxes.
According to Kate Wilson, representing HMRC, Spencer and Milton claimed that the model only owed £3,000 in unpaid taxes, despite earning £404,225 from the sale of explicit photos online.
During the court proceedings, she stated that they were threatened with the release of their personal information on the internet, along with fabricated accusations that could incite animosity towards them.
Allegedly, the duo also menaced to employ tracing agents and surveillance to acquire the home addresses, dates of birth, and other personal details of the officers, causing them significant distress.
Authorities claim that their actions were unreasonable and oppressive, aimed at coercing officials into abandoning investigations into their tax matters.
Spencer and Milton, who were absent from the hearing, have refuted any allegations of misconduct and instead pointed fingers at the glamour model's "thousands of fans," according to HMRC's legal team.
It was revealed in court that Miss Spencer's supporters were purportedly urged to retaliate against HMRC employees.
Additionally, Dr. Milton, who denies the accusations, is currently under investigation by HMRC for potential under-reporting of income and tax on behalf of a company called YCX, as of August 2022.
During the investigation, Milton is accused of making threats to tax officers, stating that agents from the Balkans would hire UK surveillance operators to conduct surveillance and obtain photographs of them.
Ms Wilson stated that Milton had warned the HMRC officers of severe consequences and challenged them to do their worst to him and Miss Spencer, to see who would be the last man standing.
High Court judge Richard Spearman KC has extended a temporary injunction against Milton and Miss Spencer, prohibiting them from disclosing personal information about HMRC officers and requiring them to reveal any personal details they may have shared with others.
