In the Florida heat, Chris Van Dorn gets to work in a heavy Batman costume — but luckily his Batmobile (a Honda Accord) has air conditioning. At Batman4Paws, the man behind the mask volunteers at animal rescues and adoption events around Orlando, and transports cats and dogs in and out of state to their forever homes. Dorn may not be vengeance, or the night, but he is a hero to dogs and cats everywhere.
