90s Sitcom Moms Who Are Unrecognizable Now
Oct 20 2020
The 1990s were a time when cordless phones were cutting edge technology, and sitcom moms reflected a more diverse America than they ever had before. With that in mind, let's check out what our favorite '90s sitcom matriarchs look like today.

For nearly a decade, viewers followed the exploits of the Conner family on ABC's Roseanne, which ran from 1988 to 1997. The Conners were a blue-collar, working class clan, unlike many of their wealthier TV contemporaries. The show was led by comedian Roseanne Barr, who was allowed to play an overweight character without being the butt of constant jokes.

Roseanne was rebooted by ABC in 2018, but it was soon cancelled after Barr posted a tweet comparing Valerie Jarrett, a former advisor to President Barack Obama to an ape.

Following the cancellation, ABC moved forward with a spin-off show called The Conners starring the remaining cast members. Keep watching to see 90s Sitcom Moms Who Are Unrecognizable Now!
