According to Zillow real estate listings, Holmby Hills is home to luxurious residences worth up to $115 million, and that includes high-profile homes like the Playboy Mansion, where Hugh Hefner lived until his death in 2017.

Though this neighborhood has no doubt seen its fair share of legendary parties, the area also has privacy that's perfect for Hollywood stars looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Like in Beverly Hills, Holmby residences often have extra privacy and security features, such as high fences, well-placed foliage, and front gates. In 2019, TMZ reported that security camera footage captured a man poking around at one of Jenner's Hidden Hills homes, which is probably one of the reasons she moved to her Holmby Hills compound, which has its own guardhouse.
