Living in the White House might sound glamorous and interesting, but in reality, it's basically like living in a giant museum — one that comes with many rules. One of the most restricting is that the presidential kids and grandkids — and, the entire family, really — are not allowed to open the windows anywhere in the White House, or in any car they're in.
