But while we've seen plenty of thirst trap pics of Mr. Consuelos, there's a lot more to this family man than his stone cold abs. From his multicultural roots to becoming a household name, this is the truth about Mark Consuelos.

Mark was born in Spain in 1971 to his Mexican father and Italian mother. The family then spent time in Italy before relocating to the United States, where they lived in Illinois and Florida.

While the actor does not speak Spanish, he does, in fact, speak Italian. But considering his background, he says he struggled with his identity as a kid. He told Teen Vogue in 2018,

"I'm half Mexican, half Italian. So, I was always in this neverland of […] I wasn't really 'Mexican enough'; I wasn't really 'Italian enough.' It wasn't till I got a little bit older that it really dug in."

Wife Kelly shared slightly doctored photos of Mark and his dad on Instagram, in 2020, writing,

"The daddy doesn't fall far from the tree."
