I think it’s safe to say we all know there’s something weird going on when it comes to Disney Child Stars and how they break out into the real world, or adulthood. It seems almost inevitable for these kids, who start out in the spotlight, to find a positive way to enter adulthood. Miley Cyrus being caught smoking from a bong years ago is a good example. Of course, Bella Thorne is also a much more recent example, as she’s been involved in a lot of controversies herself. From her Only Fans situation, to winning an adult film award, for directing that is, it seems she’s done everything possible to remove herself as far away as she can from that Disney image. And now, she’s decided to lay it all out on the line, calling the company out for their unrealistic expectations.
