Cork couple Gerard O'Dea and Ciara Murphy have been in a relationship for eight years and have three children together, but the bride-to-be is worried that her fiance will not take planning their wedding day seriously enough. Gerard is determined that the celebrations will be as much for him as they are for her, even if it means adding a touch of his work as a paramedic to the day. However, he also tries to pull off the surprise of his life by incorporating elements from her favourite film, Dirty Dancing.
