Biologist Nan Hauser’s Life Was Saved by a Humpback Whale
May 18 2021
Ellen welcomed whale biologist Nan Hauser, who has spent 23 years studying humpback whales in the Cook Islands. She described an incredible encounter she had with the majestic creatures, and how it saved her from a dangerous tiger shark. Plus, Ellen surprised Nan with a gift to help continue her work at The Center for Cetacean Research and Conservation, thanks to Shutterfly.
