May 26 2021
New Hampshire Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Marilyn Manson. The Gilford Police Department made the announcement in a Facebook post on Tuesday. Manson is wanted for two counts of misdemeanor simple assault stemming from an incident at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion on August 18, 2019. Police said the rocker was doing a concert at the venue the day the incident occurred. They did not specify exactly what happened that night, but according to the Facebook post, the videographer was in the stage pit area when the assault took place. Police said Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, has been made aware of the warrant. The police department clarified that the alleged assaults are not sexual in nature. An attorney for Manson, Howard King, told NBC News that the claims are "ludicrous."
