Debbie Allen on Creating an Inclusive 'Grey's Anatomy' Crew

Debbie Allen not only stars in "Grey's Anatomy," she's an executive producer and director on the hit drama. She told guest host tWitch that show creator Shonda Rhimes gave her a great responsibility in taking care of "Grey's," and Debbie made it her mission to make the show more inclusive – hiring women and people of color for the crew. The multi-talented star also talked about receiving a Kennedy Center Honor, and meeting President Joe Biden. She also discussed her new Debbie Allen Middle School, and how proud she is of tWitch's journey since his days on "So You Think You Can Dance."
