Paris Hilton spoke with Access Hollywood at the premiere of her documentary, “This Is Paris,” at the Tribeca Film Festival where she gushed about her fiancé Carter Reum. The reality star also shared support for Britney Spears. “I’m so proud of her. I love her so much, I’m sending her so much support and hope that she will be just, happy and well,” she said.
