Tom Holland Announces Mental Health Break From Social Media: Instagram & Twitter Are 'Detrimental'
Aug 15 2022
Tom Holland is focusing on self-care. The "Spider-Man" star announced a social media hiatus over the weekend, telling fans in an Instagram video that he finds the platform ultimately "detrimental" and needs to step aside at the moment for his own well-being. "I get caught up and I spiral when I read things about me online," Tom explained, adding that he hopes his story will "shed a light" on the charity Stem 4, which aims to promote better mental health through educational apps and services.
