Demi Lovato is done documenting her life, for now. While talking to the Alternative Press the 30-year-old singer got honest about filming three documentaries while going through sobriety in their 20’s, admitting they probably won’t do that again. “Honestly, I'm really sick of watching myself, and I think other people probably are too,” she told the outlet. Demi has released three documentaries, all which touch on their struggles with mental health and substance abuse. “I wish I would have waited until I had my s**t figured out more because now it's cemented. Sobriety is what works for me and nothing else,” she said while looking back at those projects.
