Such a tragic end, a terrible waste. 15-year-old Tyler Cassidy gunned down by Melbourne police. How could such a thing happen? It seems little doubt Tyler was out of control that night - confused, angry and armed with two knives. But it all could have ended so differently. For years, police in Victoria have wanted tasers - stun guns - to help the subdue dangerous offenders. And Tyler's mother is not alone when she says they would've saved her son's life. Tonight, Michael Usher tells Tyler's story. And finds out first hand how effective a taser can be. And some scenes are quite graphic.
