Behold the Scorpion King
Mar 12 2018
This is the dictator scorpion. With the ability to grow up to 8 inches in length, it’s one of the largest scorpion species in the world. But despite its size, these guys have relatively weak venom, relying instead on their enormous claws to catch their prey. As nocturnal creatures, they spend the majority of their lives underground, sometimes burrowing as deep as 6 feet. Unfortunately, due to habitat loss, the future of the species remains uncertain.
