Jonathan Joss, 'King of the Hill' Voice Actor, Fatally Shot in Texas After Argument With Neighbor
In a tragic incident, actor Jonathan Joss, recognized for his voice role as "John Redcorn" in the animated series "King of the Hill," was shot and killed during a confrontation with a neighbor in San Antonio, Texas, on Sunday night.
According to police reports, the altercation escalated when the neighbor brandished a firearm and shot Joss multiple times. Emergency responders arrived promptly but were unable to revive him; he was pronounced dead at the scene.



The shooter fled the location but was apprehended shortly thereafter, just a block away from the incident. The identity of the gunman has not been disclosed.
Joss, 59, also made notable appearances in other television series, including a recurring role as Chief Hatote on "Parks and Recreation." His contributions to the entertainment industry were marked by his Native American heritage, which he often celebrated in his work.
