Kane Brown Breaks Down In Tears Over Late Drummer While Accepting CMT Award

Country singer Kane Brown was overcome with emotion while onstage accepting his award for CMT’s Artist of the Year. The 25-year-old dedicated the award to his late drummer, Kenny Dixon, who passed away last weekend from injuries he sustained in a car accident. Audience members dabbed their eyes as Kane gave a touching tribute to his late friend.
