Florida Teacher Charged for Allegedly Sending Explicit Photo to Middle School Student
A 28-year-old teacher from Carlos E. Haile Middle School in Bradenton, Florida, is under investigation for allegedly sending a nude photo to a 14-year-old student, according to local authorities.
Oliver Fell has been charged with lewd conduct with a student by an authority figure and transmission of harmful material to a minor, as reported by the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation began in March when the student informed a school resource deputy about the communications that had reportedly started in December 2024 via Snapchat.
On January 2, it is alleged that Fell sent an explicit image of her breasts to the student. Following this report, both the School District of Manatee County and the sheriff's office were notified.
“After obtaining a search warrant and accessing data from phones and social media accounts, detectives found evidence suggesting that the communications led to lewd conduct involving the victim,” stated the sheriff's office.

Fell surrendered to law enforcement on Monday after a warrant was issued for her arrest. She is currently being held on a $2,500 bond.
Irene Nikitopoulos, principal of Carlos E. Haile Middle School, addressed the situation in a letter to parents, noting that it “took several weeks of investigation to confirm the allegations of illegal communications” and that Fell has been reassigned during this process.
The district is actively cooperating with ongoing investigations into the matter.
