Shay Mitchell isn't holding back about the final steps on her road to motherhood. After welcoming her first child with boyfriend Matte Babel, the "Pretty Little Liars" alum gave fans an intimate look at her 33-hour labor process in her YouTube series "Almost Ready." From initial shock over her water breaking to the emotional moment she met her baby girl at last, Shay kept it real while persevering through stubborn contractions and complete exhaustion. Though the 32-year-old was overjoyed to finally bond with her little one, she understandably couldn't help joking that she was also pretty happy to cross one more thing off her to-do list!
