The “Ted Lasso” family had a big night at the 2022 Emmy Awards. The cast of the hit Apple TV+ series talked to Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans and Zuri Hall backstage and revealed how working on Season 2 helped them through the pandemic. Hannah Waddingham also revealed she spoke to “Abbott Elementary” star Sheryl Lee Ralph before the show and told her it will be “your night.” “Before we went into the room I said, I hope you’ve got something, and by God did she have something…because it’s your night and it’s so deserved,” she said. The cast also revealed how they will celebrate their Best Comedy Series win!
