Weremblewski pointed out that Kutcher's alleged affair with Jones has been widely reported in the press for several months. Therefore, he doubts the claim of substantial damages and extreme jeopardy arising from Vivid's upcoming release of an adult video featuring Jones, who is alleged to be Kutcher's mistress.
