Whitney Houston's Autopsy: Devastating Physical Discoveries

Feb 11 2024

Whitney Houston's physical appearance was greatly affected by her long-term substance abuse, which had a detrimental impact on her overall health. When she tragically passed away in 2012, her body displayed visible signs of scarring and injury.

The results of the autopsy shed light on the extent of the damage caused by her cocaine addiction. Her nose had deteriorated and developed a hole, a direct consequence of her drug use. Furthermore, it was discovered that one of her arteries was severely blocked, reaching a staggering 60% obstruction.

These distressing revelations from Whitney's autopsy report emerged following her untimely death at a relatively young age. She was found unresponsive in the bathtub at the Beverly Hilton on February 11, 2012, and a toxicology report revealed the presence of a combination of nine different drugs in her system.

In the days leading up to her passing, Whitney had exhibited erratic behavior and appeared disheveled. The night before her death, she had displayed these concerning signs, which were further compounded by her complaints of a sore throat. Despite feeling unwell, she expressed a desire to take a bath before attending Clive Davis' pre-Grammys party.

However, when her assistant returned from running errands at 3:35pm, she discovered the deceased body of the celebrity submerged in approximately 13 inches of extremely hot water. Even after six hours, the temperature remained scorching at 33C. Speculation from insiders suggests that it could have reached a blistering 66C at the time of her death, as indicated by the extensive burns on her back.

Moreover, an injection mark was found on her inner left elbow, along with scars from breast augmentation surgery and the presence of bilateral breast prostheses. Additionally, the woman, who was a mother of one, had a wig attached to her natural hair.

Despite having sparse eyebrows, Whitney surprisingly had a full head of black, wavy hair with no signs of balding under her tightly attached headpiece.

However, her dental health was in a terrible condition. Reports indicate that Whitney was missing 11 of her front teeth and relied on a maxillary dental prosthesis.

According to Tina Brown, the sister of Whitney's ex-husband Bobby Brown, these teeth were lost during extended crack cocaine binges. Tina revealed in 2006 that Whitney would frequently lose her teeth in the house or during drug binges, requiring constant replacements.

"She stated that the cost of the new set is $6,000 and the dentist has to regularly provide her with replacements," she added.

As per the report, she had congestion in her eyes and a bloody discharge from her nose. Furthermore, her nose had deteriorated, leading to a hole in the cartilage. The official cause of Whitney's demise was ruled as accidental drowning, with heart disease and cocaine use being contributing factors.
