Sarah Ferguson Stands By Prince Andrew & Talks About Princess Diana

Sarah Ferguson is continuing to show her support for Prince Andrew. The Duchess of York split from the royal in 1996 but remains on his side. “I believe that he's a kind, good man, and he's been a fabulous father to the girls,” she told People Magazine. The Duke of York has been heavily scrutinized for his association with convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. Although he has denied any wrongdoing, Andrew took a step back from his royal duties in 2019 because of it. "Whatever challenges he has, I will stand firm to the co-parenters that we are together," Sarah said. At 61, Sarah has taken on a new role, grandma! Her daughter, Princess Eugenie, gave birth to son, August, in February 2021. Princess Beatrice is currently pregnant with her first child. Grandma is a role Fergie says her late friend and sister-in-law, Princess Diana, would have loved. “She would be very proud of her sons and their wives. And of course she would be just like me, obsessed with the grandchildren,” she said.
