Simu Liu is the new superhero! At the red carpet premiere of "Shang-Chi," the rising star told Access Hollywood how he manifested his role by tweeting Marvel a few years ago. Simu shared how important this Marvel flick is for representation and noted that his parents are so proud of him. Plus, Simu looked back at the time he made Angelina Jolie laugh at Comic Con 2019, sharing, "In a nutshell, I was struggling to find something to connect to her with because I was a guy with Zara pants and she was Angelina Jolie ... she was talking about her kids and video games and how much they played them ... and I was like, 'This is my time to shine." "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" hits theaters Sept. 3.
