McDonald's paid spokesperson Saweetie is opening up exclusively to Access Hollywood’s Sibley Scoles about her rise to fame and the struggles she faced before getting discovered, revealing how low her bank account got. "I think the lowest my bank account has been probably like $40, and I remember just breaking down. I'm happy I had a timeline because I think that was like maybe on the fifth or sixth month. On the ninth month I got discovered," she said. The 28-year-old rapper said gave herself a timeline to achieve her goal, which is something she recommends for anyone chasing their dream, so they are working towards something. The "Best Friend" rapper also admitted that if she didn't make it she would probably be a politician or beautician and shares about her friendship with her cousin Gabrielle Union. Besides her love of music, Saweetie has a love of food. The "My Type" singer is the first female musician to collaborate with McDonald's on a meal. The Saweetie meal is available now at McDonald's.
