Kate Middleton sure knows how to dress in style and on a budget too. The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out in a $22 Zara dress when she visited the University College London on Tuesday. The 39-year-old royal looked gorgeous in the black and white plaid dress with a belt around the waist. Royal watchers may have noticed that she has worn the dress before at an event in Jan. 2020. Back when she first wore the dress it cost $123 but it later went on sale for $22.
