After chyna lost her case against the kardashians in a sweeping defeat, she tried to appeal the ruling by claiming the judge was biased against her, and was always in favour of the famous family. She filed a motion to have the judge that was overlooking the trial dismissed, but sadly for her Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gregory Alarcon said Chyna provided no evidence to back up her allegations and defended his unbiased stance.
