Lawyers claim that building security at OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney's luxury Miami apartment did nothing for several minutes while she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death. According to a lawsuit filed by the boyfriend's estate, security was first notified of a fight inside the couple's 22nd-floor unit and stood outside their apartment door for 12 minutes before Clenney herself called the police and admitted to fatally stabbing him. The lawsuit alleges that building security was aware of Clenney's history of disturbances and aggressive behavior, as well as her recently diagnosed mental health disorder, yet they took no action. The couple had moved into the apartment complex in January 2022 and had already been involved in multiple incidents that required police intervention.

Clenney's lawyers have claimed that she was a victim of abuse and acted in self-defense when she stabbed Obumseli in the chest.

However, there is video evidence of Clenney confronting Obumseli in an elevator in a building several months before his death.

Clenney's co-counsel, Frank Andrew Prieto, criticized the amended complaint as an attempt by Obumseli's lawyers to manipulate the true events.

Courtney's actions were taken in self-defense after suffering from Obumseli's mental and physical abuse, according to Prieto's statement. The amended complaint acknowledges Courtney's numerous calls for help to security and the police, but it distorts facts and omits important details that contradict their false narrative.

The suit alleges that the owner of the unit they lived in initiated the eviction process in March, following multiple complaints from other residents, as requested by the building management.

However, management and her landlord changed their decision after Clenney informed them on March 28 that she had been diagnosed with a severe borderline personality disorder and had started taking medication. She claimed that the medication would start to take effect after about a month.

In the lawsuit, Obumseli's father, Chio, who is representing his son's estate, has sued Clenney, One Paraiso, its affiliates, and the security company responsible for the property, arguing that they could have prevented the murder.

There has been no immediate response from the attorneys representing the other parties involved, when contacted by The Post.

Clenney, who is 26 years old, has been charged with second-degree murder in relation to her boyfriend's death.

Her attorneys have hinted at a history of abuse inflicted by Obumseli and stated that she had obtained a restraining order against him just days before the attack.

The attorneys have also stated that witnesses once saw Obumseli charging at the woman.

The starlet, who had over 2 million Instagram followers, has pleaded not guilty.

According to the lawsuit, Obumseli arrived at the apartment just after 4:30 p.m. on the day of his death, and the pair allegedly started fighting shortly after.

The front desk attendant started receiving complaints about excessive noise coming from the unit at approximately 4:45 p.m. In response to the noise, the employee contacted the police regarding a fight occurring in the couple's unit. According to the complaint, the employee refused to request medical assistance, despite the situation potentially warranting it. The lawsuit argues that at 4:45 p.m., One Paraiso, along with other security and building entities, should have recognized the emergency nature of the situation and immediately accessed the unit, considering Ms. Clenney's unique circumstances, medical history, and condition.

The lawsuit claims that security personnel did nothing to stop or attempt to stop the murder from occurring. It argues that if they had intervened, Obumseli would have survived. According to the lawsuit, Clenney called the police at 4:57 p.m. and reported that Obumseli was dying after she stabbed him.

The police arrived at 5:04 p.m. according to the report. The lawsuit claims that by the time Ms. Clenney finished committing her crime, at 4:58 p.m., she opened the door to her unit and security witnessed her and her dogs covered in blood, with Mr. Obumseli already unconscious on the floor. The lawsuit further alleges that if the building personnel or security had fulfilled their responsibilities when they were initially informed about the fight, which occurred 2 minutes earlier, Christian Obumseli would still be alive.
