Below Deck star Hayley De Sola Pinto recently posted a video of her workout session, where she was seen wearing a small two-piece outfit. In the video, Hayley sported a black sports bra, matching leggings, and black sports shoes while using a gym machine.

She opted for a natural look, with her iconic red hair styled in a half up-half down style and no makeup. Hayley tucked a white t-shirt into her waistband and exerted her strength to push the weights down. She humorously captioned the video, "Nearly popped an implant doing this."

Hayley added Nicki Minaj's song "Buy A Heart" as the background music for the video, which she shared on her Instagram Story. In a previous interview with Daily Star, the Bravo star had mentioned that her breast implants made her feel more confident and "sexier."

During an exclusive interview, the redhead disclosed that she underwent breast implant surgery two years ago, which significantly boosted her confidence and made her feel more attractive. She emphasized that her surgery has healed well and her breasts now have a natural appearance that complements her body shape. This newfound confidence has made her feel sexier than ever before.

Prior to appearing on Below Deck, she expressed concerns about how viewers would perceive her appearance, particularly because she felt different from the rest of the cast who were all petite and size eight.

"I had this fear that I would appear much larger than everyone else, like a whale! However, upon watching it, I realized that I actually looked decent! Seeing yourself on television can sometimes capture unflattering angles, but overall, I was quite satisfied with my appearance."

The star had no need to be concerned about the viewers because over the years, many of them have praised her. Hayley receives frequent messages from fans telling her she looks amazing and that her body is beautiful.

"On Below Deck, fans would often say: 'It's refreshing to see a woman with a fuller figure!' Although I have received some hate, the majority of people compliment me. [Below Deck] isn't the sole reason for my confidence, but it has definitely played a part in my journey."
