Britney Spears Files Motion For Father Jamie Spears To Sit For Deposition

Britney Spears wants the court to order her father Jamie Spears to sit for a deposition regarding his past conduct as her conservator. The pop star's legal team filed the motion, which was obtained by NBC News, in LA Superior Court on Wednesday. Her lawyer Mathew Rosengart claimed Jamie did not appear for three deposition dates and that he has yet agree to any proposed alternate dates.
