Expert Claims Biden's Eyes Gave Away His Feelings About Putin

On March 1, 2022, President Joe Biden gave his first State of the Union speech, using his platform to announce his "Unity Agenda for the Nation." This included "four big things": beating the opioid epidemic, taking on mental health, supporting our veterans, and ending cancer as we know it. One "big thing" on everyone's mind, however, was Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Biden used the first part of his speech to address the conflict, and he had some strong words for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
