Since the release of his 2017 Billboard-charting single, “The Race,” and his subsequent arrest, Texas rapper Tay-K has become somewhat of a legend within the new generation of hip-hop. The song and his story have been recounted in dozens of rap lyrics, with everyone from 6ix9ine to YBN Nahmir dropping references to Tay-K in their music.
