‘House of the Dragon’ stars Emma D’Arcy and Olivia Cooke speak to ‘Extra’s’ Jenn Lahmers about the long-awaited ‘Game of Thrones’ prequel. Emma dishes on her character Rhaenyra Targaryen’s desire for the throne and for agency as a woman. Olivia also teases that her character Alicent Hightower becomes a pawn in her father’s political agenda.
