Queen Elizabeth II's official Platinum Jubilee weekend kicks off on Thursday. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, will be in the United Kingdom for the celebrations but are not set to appear on the Buckingham Palace balcony for Trooping the Colour.
