Playing mob wives who take charge of their own lives, Melissa McCarthy and Elisabeth Moss spoke to Variety at the premiere of their film "The Kitchen" about how they've taken charge of their careers as women in Hollywood. They both said they've learned how to stick up for themselves, value how much they're worth and learn how to say "no" to unfair deals.
