Instagram followings are highly coveted. Having lots of followers can lead to fame, wealth, and an escape from the 9-5 normie office job. But how hard is it to really grow an audience?
VICE’s Sally Burtnick gave herself a month to create a new Instagram account and get as many followers asshe has already on her personal page, which has taken years to cultivate. Sally agreed to not spend any money to gain followers and would use information available to anyone on the Internet to get started.
